Modular principle

Different car wash components can be combined with each other.

Depending on the respective customer requirements (belt speed, chain length, concept, etc.), the car wash can be compiled from the most suitable components for an optimal washing result.

Selection of conveyor systems

Depending on the customer’s wish or concept, a suitable conveyor system can be chosen. Customer wishes are individually considered at Christ.

Overhead washing with gravity (EVO STAR-4)

Whenwashing the front and rear of the vehicle, the washing rollers work beyond the center of the vehicle. They are held on the vehicle with the help of gravity.

V-Mid

Desiccant that runs after the vehicle in the mirror and in the rear.

Short car wash with intermediate wash

The Christ car wash tunnel technology enables the planning and implementation of short car washes.

The intermediate wash, which can also be used with short car washes, enables thorough vehicle cleaning without washing shadows. This is also achieved without a time-consuming manual pre-wash.

Selection of roof roller systems with run-on function

Depending on the individual customer requirements in terms of belt speed and length of chain shaft, there are different roof roller systems at Christ car washes.

Regardless of the type of roof roller, the run-on function ensures that the roof roller follows the rear of the vehicle that is already moving away from the wash portal and cleans it for as long as possible.

Choice of wheel washing facilities

Depending on the individual customer requirements in terms of belt speed and conveyor system, wheel/rim cleaning has its own challenges. Christ has different systems to choose from for this purpose.

With different cleaning techniques, stationary as well as rotating wheels and rims can be optimally cleaned.
